1 tsp Tumeric powder
1 tsp Cumin - ground
1 tsp Coriander, ground
2 tsp Garam Masala
2 tsp Chile powder
1 cup (8 fl oz) Water
1 dash Salt

In a pressure cooker, heat oil over medium high heat and add the cumin seeds let sizzle for a minute. Add the onions and lower the heat to medium. Stir frequently and cook until golden.
