Cook rice first.In a wok or pan large enough to do stir fry, add a small amount of olive oil and let it warm. Add all of rice and let cook for 5 min stirring frequently to prevent burn. Then add vegetables and add meat. Add soy sauce, sesame oil, and any other spices if wanted. Cook until vegetables are the way you like them (more or less crunchy etc..)
