3 tbsp Fat Free Half and Half
1-3 tbsp Flour

Here is how you make Shrimp Fettuccini:

Saute Shrimp and garlic in Olive Oil for about 3-5 minutes on medium to high heat, add Light Beer, allow beer to warm up. Add salt and pepper, orgeno to flavor. Add cream and continue stirring with a whisk, slowly add in flour until sauce begins to thicken. Pour over cooked Pasta, Enjoy!Note: You can add vegatabels and spices to your liking as well.
