1 lb cooked shrimp
6 oz fat free greek yogurt (I use Stonyfield Farm Oikos)
1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
1/8 cup fresh lime juice
1/2 tsp red pepper
5 cups cabbage, shredded
8 tortillas (I use Maria & Ricardo's Gorditas)
1 Tbsp Coconut Oil
Salt & Pepper to taste


How Do I Make Super Shrimp Tacos?

Here is how you make Super Shrimp Tacos:

Combine yogurt, red pepper, lime juice, cilantro, salt, and pepper in small bowl. Heat oil in large skillet and saute cabbage until just wilted. Remove cabbage from skillet and set aside. Cut shrimp into bite-sized pieces and place into same skillet, seasoning with salt and peppers as desired until just heated through. Warm tortillas in microwave and assemble taco using yogurt "sauce", cabbage, and shrimp. Enjoy!Serving Size:?Makes 8 tacos
