Here is how you make Macho Taco Soup:

*Dice onion and add to pan. *Brown ground beef, onion, and taco seasoning then drain. *Open all cans and packets: I only rinsed the black beans but the others I did NOT drain.* Place all ingredients in a crock pot and let it simmer for approximately 90 minutes on high. (stirring occasionally) You can serve with cheese, or Fritos etc. However, be sure to adjust for nutritional information. YUMMO! NOTE: You can slim this down using ground turkey.
