1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. thyme leaves
1/4 tsp. sage
2 tbsp. ketchup
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

8 oz. whole wheat spaghetti, cooked
3 cups chunky italian pasta sauce
4 oz. green non fat yogurt
8 oz. low fat cottage cheese
1 cup. whole milk mozzarella, shredded

Here is how you make Healthy Dream Spaghetti:

While browning the turkey, add in all the turkey seasonings. This makes the turkey incredibly yummy!Cook the spaghetti according to directions.When the turkey is done, add in the jar of pasta sauce and stir together.In a separate bowl, mix cottage cheese and yogurt together.In a sprayed 9x13 pan, layer the drained pasta. Next is the cheese mixture (spread it out), then put the meat/sauce mixture. Top with the mozzarella cheese.Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.Makes 8 goodly size portions.
