Serves 12 (4 oz portion per serving)1. Combine sherry (or orange juice), basil, marjoram and oregano in gallon-sized plastic food storage bag. Add steaks. Refrigerate for 24 hours.2. Prepare grill so coals are medium hot.3. Remove steaks, reserving marinade.4. Grill steaks 5 to 6 inches above medium-hot coals for 5 minutes. Brush with marinade.5.
