1 TBSP soy sauce
12 oz. boneless, skinless chicken breast or tenderloin, chopped into bite size pieces

2 TBSP oil
2 cloves of garlic, chopped

2 TBSP oyster sauce or fish sauce
2 TSP sugar
8 oz. can of drained pineapple chunks or tidbits
1-2 green onions chopped


I like to also add steamed broccoli (fresh or frozen) or bell peppers near the end for veggies and color.

Serve over prepared white or brown rice


How Do I Make Cambodian Stir Fry?

Here is how you make Cambodian Stir Fry:

Marinate chicken in soy sauce. Heat 2 TBSP oil and saute garlic until golden brown. Add chopped chicken and cook 2 minutes. Add drained pineapple chunks, oyster sauce, and sugar (if you're adding extra veggies, add them here). Cook until chicken is cooked thoroughly. If you want more sauce, you can add some of the pineapple juice and cornstarch to thicken. (10-15 minutes or so). Add chopped green onions after everything else is cooked.
