1 12oz. box of whole wheat spaghetti
1 bag of stir fry vegetables thawed
1 or 2 garlic cloves to taste
2 boneless pork loin chops fat removed and cubed
2 T. olive oil
1/2 cup chicken stock
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/3 cup orange marmalade
1 or 2 T toasted sesame seeds (optional)


How Do I Make Orange Noodle Stir Fry?

Here is how you make Orange Noodle Stir Fry:

Cook pasta acording to box directions but stop cooking about 1 minute before pasta is done.In a small sauce pan combind stock, soy sauce and orange marmalade. Allow to simmer and reduce by 1/2.In a large skillet or wok heat oil and add meat. Saute until just brown. Add garlic and cook for about 1 minute before adding thawed frozen vegetables. Saute until heated through. Add reduced orange sauce to pasta as soon as pasta has drained and allow a few minutes for the sauce to be absorbed by the pasta before serving. Serve 3/4 cup of pasta with 3/4 cup of vegetables and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
