How Do I Make Dolmahdes (stuffed cabbage)?

Here is how you make Dolmahdes (stuffed cabbage):

Blanch cabbage head whole in boiling water for 3 minutes, drain well. Peel off leaves, trim away stalk. Mix together beef, rice, onion, water, salt and pepper. Spoon mixture into leaves, roll up into packages, place seam side down in casserole dish. Preheat oven to 350. Pour beef broth over and add bay leaf, cook covered for 20 minutes.
