1/2 c finely chopped Onion
1 c 2% Milk
2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
1/4 c unsalted butter
1/4 c roughly chopped red pepper

Here is how you make Stuffed Cabbage #2:

Boil cabbage leaves in salted water for 2-3 minutes. Drain. Combine turkey, pork, rice, eggs, onion, peppers, milk and worcestershire sauce; mix well. Place 1/2 c meat mixture in center of each cabbage leaf; fold over sides and ends of leaves; secure with wooden toothpicks. Saute envelopes in a touch of EVOO in pan for approx 5 minutes or until golden on both sides. Cook covered for 40 minutes, basting twice with juice in pan. Then cook uncovered 5 minutes longer.
