Here is how you make Crab Stuffed Tilapia:

Mix all except for the tilapia in a bowl. This will be the stuffing. Spray the baking dish with a non-stick spray. Place filets in the pan and spread stuffing mix over each fillet and roll (place a toothpick in the middle to hold if you like).
