Here is how you make Mexican Style Stuffed Peppers:

Cook rice according to package directions.Slice tops off bell peppers.Brown turkey with onions and celery.Mix 1 C salsa with chili powder and add to turkey. When rice is cooked, add to turkey. Mix well and put in peppers. Bake at 350 F for 30 minutes.
