Here is how you make Gobble-Up Stuffed Bell Peppers:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenhet.Wash peppers; pull off stems, slice in half (top to bottom) and remove core and seeds.In a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat, lightly mist with olive oil spray. Add the turkey and garlic and cook, breaking turkey into bite-sized pieces, until no longer pink (3 to 5 minutes). Transfer to a medium bowl and add cooked rice, egg whites, feta cheese, and seasonings; mix well.Carefully divide and spoon the mixture into the 6 pepper halves, forming a mound. Place peppers, stuffed side up, in a rectangular baking dish. Add enough water to come about 1/4-inch up the sides.
