1 beef bullion cube
2 (8 oz) cans tomato sauce
1 tsp Italian Herbs seasoning
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
3 tsp garlic powder, divided

1. Preheat oven to 400? F.2. Cook rice according to directions, but add beef bullion cube to water for extra flavor.3. Cut tops off of peppers and remove seeds. Set in baking dish.
