How Do I Make Red Stuffed Peppers?

Here is how you make Red Stuffed Peppers:

Brown the meat and onion together in a large skillet. Once meat is brown add all ingrediants (do not drain tomatoes) except red peppers. Bring to a boil and simmer for 15 minutes or until rice is tender. In a seperate pot fill with water and bring to a boil. Add peppers (top and membranes out). Boil for 4-5 minutes. Remove peppers and let dry. Preheat oven to 375. Once everything in skillet is cooked scoop out and put inside peppers. Place stuffed peppers in oven for 15 minutes.
