Here is how you make Sante Fe Stuffed Peppers:

Pre heat oven to 400. Saute veggies in Pam, minus corn. Add sausage to brown. Drain off any liquid than add rice, corn and salsa. Simmer about 5 minutes to let the flavors blend. Let mix cool - cut peppers in half and de rib. Grab a roasting pan and fill it 1/2 c water, this will allow the peppers to stream and not burn.
