Here is how you make Simple Stuffed Green Peppers:

Bring 5 Qt pan of salted water to a boil - Cut the tops off the peppers and clean out the seeds - then place the peppers in the boiling water for 3-5 minutes - until tender. Remove from the water drain carefully and place in a greased 9x13 pan. Brown ground beef and onion together, once completed add the remaining ingredients. Cook until the rice is tender - approx 15-20 minutes. Stuff the green peppers with the rice mixture, if any remaining place in the pan around the peppers. Bake for 30-35 minutes at 350 degrees.
