Here is how you make Stuffed Peppers with a little more:

Preheat oven to 350. Cut top off green peppers and remove inards. Cook peppers in boiling water for 4-5 minutes. Drain and cool. Brown turkey sausage, onions and garlic. Add rice and 1 cup of salsa. Stuff each pepper with sausage mixture. Place in a baking dish which will hold 6 peppers upright and can be covered. Spray that container with nonstick spray. Place peppers in baking dish. cover with 1 cup of salsa. Cover and bake 45 minutes.
