Cook peppers in boiling water for approximately 5-8 minutes. Remove peppers from water and set aside.Brown turkey in a large pan over medium heat. Season to taste with salt, pepper, or other no-calorie seasoning. Once cooked, place turkey in large mixing bowl.Prepare spinach according to directions on package.
