Here is how you make Stuffed Yellow Peppers:

Cut peppers in half and clean them. Cook peppers in boiling water for approximately 5-8 minutes. Remove peppers from water and set aside.Brown turkey in a large pan over medium heat. Season to taste with salt, pepper, or other no-calorie seasoning. Once cooked, place turkey in large mixing bowl.Prepare spinach according to directions on package. Add cooked spinach to bowl with turkey. Pour can of diced tomatoes over spinach and turkey, and mix together.Pre-heat oven to 375.Spray baking sheet with non-stick spray.
