Brown ground turkey with the minced garlic and onions.Cook your brown rice and then add to turkey and add the tomato sauce. Add your seasonings.Simmer until bubbly.Clean your bell peppers, taking the tops off and cleaning out the seeds. Par boil the peppers for 5 minutes.Take out of boiling water and dry. Spray baking dish with Pam and put peppers in. Add cheese to the turkey mixture and spoon into the peppers. Any extra mixture can be put around the peppers.
