Start turkey browning (you can use ground beef, but turkey packs less calories)! While the turkey is browning cook your brown rice according to your package directions. While both are cooking slice peppers.When turkey is done, add your salsa, corn, and peppers to the turkey. Turn heat to low, and stir until salsa and veggies are well blended into the turkey.
