1-1/2 lb. lean ground turkey
2 t. garlic powder
2 t. minced onion
1/2 t. Mrs. Dash salt-free seasoning
1 jar Wegmans Smooth Marinara Sauce (or substitute your own; nutrition info reflects this brand)


How Do I Make Roasted Un-Stuffed Peppers?

Here is how you make Roasted Un-Stuffed Peppers:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook the rice according to instructions. While rice is cooking, cut peppers in half lengthwise and clean out seeds. Place pepper face-down on large cookie sheet. Brush olive oil on top of peppers. Bake for 15-20 minutes. While the peppers are baking, brown ground turkey in skillet; add spices toward the end of the cooking time.
