Add packet of seasoning and 1/2 pkt. of taco (or other Mexican seasoning) and prepare according to pkg instructions.Add cream cheese and mix until well blended. Add garlic to taste.Pour approx 2 cups of salsa in bottom of 9x13 pan and spread evenly. Fill each shell and set in pan on salsa. When shells are filled, sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over top and then remaining salsa can be added.
