1/2 lb ground sirlion
1/2 cup cooked long grain rice
1.5 cup pizzeria mozzarella cheddar cheese
7 manicotti noodles
1 large egg
1 can del monte onion tomatoes, no juice
2 cup of Hunts Garlic and Herb spaghetti sauce

(not sure if 4oz equeals the 7manicotti noodles, I only used 7 of the 14 in the box of Great Value Manicotti Shells)


How Do I Make Stuffed Manicotti Shells?

Here is how you make Stuffed Manicotti Shells:

Brown meat (season if you prefer). Boil rice (1/4 cup uncooked makes about 2 cups cooked). Boil manicotti according to directions set aside. In a large bowl, mix meat (drained), and egg. stir together. then mix in tomatoes, cheese and rice. MIx well. Then mix in 1 cup of sauce. In a 9*13, hold the manicotti noodle upright and stuff with meat mixture gently. top with 1 cup of sauce and about 1cup of cheese. Place in oven for about 25 mins uncovered.
