Add crab meat, bayleaf and pepper and saute for another 5 min. Drain and save all liquid from pan. Away from heat, mix cheese and bread crumbs to crab meat mixture. In a shallow casserole dish, spread out shrimp and spread crab meat mixture over shrimp. Pour butter & white wine over crab meat mixture. Cover and bake at 400 degrees for about 15 min. or until shrimp are pink.
