3 cups soft bread crumbs
1/2 tsp poultry seasoning
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 beef flank steak, 1 to 1 1/2 lbs
2 tsp flour
1 cup beef broth

How Do I Make Stuffed Flank Steak?

Here is how you make Stuffed Flank Steak:

In a small skillet, saute onion in margarine until tender. In a bowl, combine onion, bread crumbs, poultry seasoning, salt and 1/8 tsp. pepper. Flatten steak to 1/2 in thickness; spread onion mixture to within 1 in. of edges. Roll up jelly style from a long side, tie with kitchen string. Rub with remaining pepper. Place in a baking dish coated with cooking spray. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-55. While the meat is resting, skim the fat from the pan juices and pour into a sauce pan.
