1/4-1/2 c apple juice/apple cider/or apple/asian pear pureed
1 tsp curry powder

roux:
3 tbsp butter
1/4 c flour
2 tbsp curry powder
1 tsp red pepper powder (does not have to be korean)
1 tsp black pepper

Stir-the pan should be hot enough the spices smell up your kitchen!Let sit until the curry is cooked.Add the roux and mix well until it reaches your desired thickness.
