Here is how you make Chilli and Tomato Tiger Prawns:

Serves 2Warm up olive oil in pan, add chunky chopped onions and fry for 1 minute before adding the thickly sliced mushrooms and the tiger prawns. Fry for a further minute until prawns have fully changed colour then add tin of chopped tomatoes. Add a generous squeeze of tomato ketchup and a good shake of cayenne pepper (to taste depending how hot you like it!)
