• 2 can chunk light tuna, drained (reserve broth)
• 2 green onions, chopped
• 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded, divided
• 4 eggs
• 1 cup 1% milk
• 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
• 1/8 teaspoon ground pepper

Here is how you make Tuna Noodle Bake:

1. Cook noodles as directed. Drain.2. Meanwhile, in a large bowl, combine noodles, spinach, tuna, green onions and 1 cup cheese. Spoon mixture into well greased deep 9 x12 inch casserole dish. 3. In microwaveable medium bowl, beat together eggs, reserved tuna broth, milk, cayenne pepper and ground pepper until eggs are just blended. Microwave on high, for 1 minute, stirring after and repeat for 1 additional minute, until mixture thickens slightly. 4. Pour over noodle and tuna mixture, in casserole dish.
