The ingredients for MF Tuna Melt are:

Mix together 5.8 ozs. canned tuna in water, 2 TBL lite mayo, 1 tsp lemon juice, 1/4 tsp dried dill weed, 1/2 tsp apple cide venegar and a dash of pepper and salt (and a little celery seed) in a bowl.
Meanwhile slice tomato into 2 or 3 slices and place them on a PAM-sprayed cookie sheet. Mound tuna on the tomato slices and top with the two cheese slices and put under the broiiler (or bake at 425, 10 minutes). Broil only 2 minutes MAX. Baked is better because it warms it all through.
Makes 1 L&G with 1 healthy fat. (Need 2 more greens).
