2 medium carrots (sliced)
3 Bay leaves
1 cup chicken broth
Curry powder (about 2 tbsp or to taste)
Black Pepper

Olive oil (about 2 tbsp)


How Do I Make Curried Turkey?

Here is how you make Curried Turkey:

Put olive oil in deep skillet, sautee onions garlic bay leaves and carrots until onions are clear. Stir in cornstarch and curry powder until well mixed. Add broth potatoes and turkey ( you can pre-cook (boil) the turkey with bay leaves if desired). Stir well and cover. Let cook for about 10-15 minutes. Serve over rice.
