Here is how you make Turkey Texas Hash:

Heat oven to 350 degrees F. In a large skillet, cook and stir ground turkey, onion and green pepper until meat is brown and vegetables are tender. Drain off fat. Stir in tomatoes, uncooked rice, chili powder, salt and pepper; heat through. Pour into ungreased 2 quart casserole. Cover casserole and bake 1 hour. approximately 1 cup each.
