cook noodles according to instructions.brown turkey and drain fat. Add tomato sauce and desired spices. Simmer. Preheat oven to 350 and grease an 8 x 8 x 2 pan. Put a thin layer of sauce on the bottom, then noodles and then cheese. Repeat until sauce is gone. and top with rest of cheese. Sprinkle parmesean over the top. Cover and bake for 30 minutes, then remove cover and bake an additional 15 minutes.
