1/2 cup water
2 cups shredded mozzarella
6 cups cottage cheese (Fiber One Low Fat)
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp italian seasoning
1 tsp parsley
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 cup shredded parmesan

Here is how you make Whole Wheat Turkey Lasagna:

Brown ground turkey. Stir in pasta sauce & water. In a separate bowl mix 1 1/2 cups mozzarella, cottage cheese, garlic powder, italian seasoning, parsley, sea salt & pepper. Layer in 13x9 inch baking dish: 1/4 sauce, 3 noodles, 1/2 of cheese mix, 1/4 sauce, 3 noodles, 1/2 of cheese mix, 1/4 sauce, noodles & remaining sauce. Top with 1/2 cup mozzarella & 1/4 cup parmesan. Cover with foil and bake at 350 for 45 minutes. Remove foil & bake 15 minutes.
