2 oz angel hair pasta
2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1.5 Tbsp salted butter
1/2 c. white wine
1 small yellow onion
1.5 c. sliced or chunked zucchini
1 clove garlic, minced
3 carrots, cut into coins
1/4 c. fresh peas
3/4 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
.5 tsp crushed red pepper flakes


How Do I Make Vegetable?

Here is how you make Vegetable:

Makes 4 1 cup servings (approx)Begin boiling water for pasta. Heat oil and butter in large skillet. Add vegetables, salt, pepper and red pepper flakes and saute for 4 - 5 minutes over medium heat. Add wine and simmer (stirring occasionally) for another 5 - 7 minutes until vegetables are tender. Remove from heat and cook pasta for 3 to 4 minutes. Drain pasta and dump into pan with vegetables.
