Here is how you make Carolina Yeoman Vegetable Stew:

Saute onion, garlic, and sweet potato in the sunflower oil one medium high heat until onions are soft, about 5 minutes.Stir in corn, tomatoes, beans, and spices. Fill one of the empty cans half full of water, and add to the vegetables. Stir and reduce heat to medium.Cover, and let simmer for 30 minutes or until sweet potatoes are soft, stirring occasionally.
