Also... disregard the nutrition information as that is also going to depend on the specific ingredients you use, and the amounts.Pour olive oil into a large frying pan over medium heat (usually about 3Tbs). Add a small amount of flour and stir it with a wisk until smooth. Keep adding flour slowly, constantly wisking until smooth. Once it develops a paste like consistency, add a small amount of vegetable broth, again stirring until smooth. Keep adding broth and nutritional yeast/flour until the consistency is correct and you have the quanitity you desire. Always stirring to keep it smooth, and adding small amounts at a time. Once you have the correct consistency/quantity - add a very small amount of balsamic, and red wine vinegars - a teaspoon or so - and maybe two teaspoons of the tamari, and the thyme, rosemary, and pepper to taste. Voila!
