Here is how you make Parmesan Bacon Veggie Rotini:

Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and toss with 1 tbs olive oil.Heat 2 tbs olive oil in skillet and add veggies. Cover and cook over medium heat about 3 minutes. Add wine, vinegar, salt and pepper. Continue cooking, covered, about 3 minutes.
