Here is how you make Chunky Portabella Veggie Burgers:

In a LG bowl add 1 cup of the black beans and mash them. Next add in mushrooms the rest of the beans, the red peppers, garlic,onions , Worcestershire sauce and steak seasoning. Mix just until coated, add in the eggs,cheese and bread crumbs and mix gently with a large spoon until mixture is combined. Put a medium sized non stick pan over medium heat with 2 TBSP of olive oil in it. Form burgers with dampened hands using approximately 1/2 cup of the mixture. Place in the oil and cook 3 to 5 minutes on each side until a crust forms and they are golden brown.
