Saute until just beginning to brown. Let cool and mix with lentils. Place bulgur in a glass bowl with 2 cups boiling water and allow to sit for approximately 5 mins or until the grains have softened, drain and allow to cool. Mix lentils, vegetables, ground cashews, bulgur and mayonnaise together then process in a food processor until uniform in size. Carefully fold in the rolled oats. Form 12 patties and freeze on cookie sheet until solid. Then wrap in plastic and store for up to a month.Cook in a skillet with a 1 tsp of oil for ~ 4 mins on first side then another 4 mins on the 2nd side.
