Here is how you make Creamy Veggie Medley:

In your favorite baking dish, with lid . Grease or butter the dish with a small amount of olive oil, or butter.Open the bag of frozen vegetables pour in the dish.Open can of soup and mix with about a 1/2 cup of water .Stir in the minced onions and minced garlic.Pour mixture over the frozen vegetables and cover with lid .
