Preheat oven to 350 degrees Farenheit. Make sure all frozen vegetables and fish fillets are thawed out. Mix all vegetables together in a bowl. Set aside. Place small individual sheets of foil (you can buy these individually to make it a little eaiser) on a baking sheet. Place any kind of white fish fillet on the center of the foil sheet and place equal amounts of vegetables over each fillet. Drizzle 1 Tbsp each of Teriyaki sauce and Olive oil over each fillet. Sprinkle garlic powder and lemon pepper over fillets (if desired). Fold foil over to make a pocket (making sure each end is sealed). Place in the oven and bake for 8 minutes. Clean up is quick and easy!!!
