1 pkg sliced baby bella mushrooms
3/4 cup chopped red onion
3 cups fresh spinach
1/2 cup Classico Florentine Spinach & Cheese pasta sauce
10 oz mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup feta cheese
small can black olives
5 slices of tomato
2 tblsp extra virgin olive oil
3 slices prosciutto (torn)
12" boboli whole wheat pizza crust


How Do I Make Mostly Veggie Pizza?

Here is how you make Mostly Veggie Pizza:

Chop red & green bell peppers place on cookie sheet with mushrooms, dash with 1 tblsp of EVOO and bake for ten min. Saute onion with 1 tblsp EVOO until tender then top with spinach until it wilts. Top crust with sauce, tomato slices, both cheeses, onion & spinach mixture, mushrooms & peppers and black olives. sprinkle pizza with dried oregano, basil, and crushed red pepper flakes. Then tare the prosciutto into large pieces and place on top of the pizza. Bake at 450 for 25 - 30 min. Cut into 9 square pieces. Enjoy!
