1 tsp thyme
1 tsp black pepper (or to taste, I love pepper)
16 ozs part skim mozzarella cheese ( or you can you pizza blend or 2% or soy cheese)
1 yellow bell pepper
1 red bell pepper
2 cups of sliced white mushrooms
1/3 of a med size onion sliced in slivers
1 8oz can of well drained pineapple tidbits(drain them well or they will make your pie soggy)
canola or olive oil cooking spray

Preheat oven to 400 degrees ( allow oven to completely preheat before using).Spray pizza pan or cookie sheet with cooking spray.Spread dough out over sheet, making sure that you have crust.Place dough in preheated oven for 5 mins, then remove.While crust is preparing, in medium sized saucepan, add tomato sauce, spices, finely chopped onion, stir together and turn to medium heat. Allow to simmer for 30 mins.Spray skillet with cooking spray add peppers and onion. Let them saute just enough to bring out some of the moisture, then drain and pat with paper towel.When sauce is ready, spoon it onto crust, spreading evenly.Spread cheese evenly over sauce.Add toppings. Have fun with it.
