1 tbsp black pepper
2 tbsp olive oil
5 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced
1/2 a medium onion, roughly chopped
1 red pepper cut into thin strips
1 1/2 cups snap peas, destringed
4 cups chow mein noodles

1. Mix soy sauce and stevia in shallow bowl, add tofu, and toss until well coated.2. Combine flour, nutritional yeast, cayenne pepper, and black pepper in mixing bowl. Set aside.3. Wok or large frying pan heat 1 tbsp of the olive oil and. Add onions. Cook over medium-high heat stirring constantly until slightly transparent, about 4 minutes. Add garlic and ginger.
