Here is how you make Vibrant Veggie Stir-fry Medley:

1. In a large wok, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Addd some fresh-ground black pepper if you like.2. Add the veggies, starting with the mushrooms - then adding the peppers - then adding the zucchini - and finally adding the canned baby corn and waterchestnuts, and stir-fry until tender-crisp. Reduce heat to medium-low.3. In a small bowl, mix the hot water, soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, and corn starch. Whisk to incorporate. Pour over the veggies in the wok, and stir rapidly until heated through / thickened.4. Makes 8 generous / heaping cups of veggie medley.
