6 oz Thin Spaghetti Noodles, uncooked
1 can Great Northern Beans, 1.75 cup
1/3 cup water
1 can Hunt's Diced Tomatoes - Basil, Garlic & Oregano
2 oz Feta, Trader Joe's fat free crumbled feta
3 cups Zucchini diced
1 cup chopped onion
2 Tbsp Tomato Paste
1/2 tsp dried basil
1/2 tsp dried oregano
Salt and Pepper to taste

Here is how you make Veggie Skettie:

Cook pasta according to package. In a large skillet over med-high heat coat pan with cooking spray.Add zucchini and onion - cook until zucchini is light brown - stir occassionally.Stir in water and all other ingredients EXCEPT Feta cheese simmering for 5 minutes. Drain pasta and divide evenly on four serving plates. Top pasta evenly with the zucchini mixture. Top with the Feta cheese.Enjoy!Serving Size:?Four even servings
