6 cherry tomatoes, quartered

This is SO easy!Boil pasta to al dente. Mix the tuna, tomatoes, arugula in a bowl. Drain pasta. Add to everything else. Mix. Eat. YUM!NOTE: You can add a drizzle of olive oil if this is too dry for you, or add a bit of shredded Parmesan. You could also substitute radicchio for the arugula, though I love arugula's unique taste. Basil, oregano, other herbs would be great. As would chopped red pepper. This is just the basic, so feel free to adjust the recipe to your taste.
