Get your steamer ready for this one.Chicken can be thawed or frozen. If you like your chicken browned just throw em in a small skillet sprayed with PAM, lightly season with Old Bay, and cook med-high covered for a few min. each side.Half inch of water in steamer.Spray PAM on steamer insert.Space chicken evenly in the insert and add bag of veggies.Season with Old Bay.Steam covered for 15 min.Turn off heat and check that the chicken is cooked thru. Juice should run clear when cutting into center of each breast.Tips:Lots of variety with this steaming of the cluck. If you brown the chicken, be sure to pour the skillet drippings into the steamer. The PAM spray adds no calories. Use any bag of your favorite frozen veggies: adjust for calories depending on what you use.
